The minimum order amount is $25.00.
Ordering information submitted to Rockwell Laser Industries is secured and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All credit card processing is performed
off-line in the same manner as any retail purchase. No processing occurs on the Internet. If you still feel uncomfortable ordering online, then feel free to contact us at our toll free order line at (800) 94-LASER (U.S. only) and we will
be happy to receive your order verbally.
Upon discovery of a customer receiving a defective product, Rockwell Laser Industries shall replace the original product with one of equal or greater value.
Upon unavailability of the particular product, you will be notified and appraised of the situation or any backlog.
All returns for credit must be made within a 45 day period from the invoice date, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return authorization. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Goods must be returned in original condition. Custom orders are NOT
returnable, but do carry full manufacturer's warranty.

Rockwell Laser Industries does not engage in price matching or price fixing. Once an order is placed and charged, the amount shown/billed is the final charge
and will not be lowered or raised due to any fluctuations in market prices or price changes on the Rockwell Laser Industries web site.
Rockwell Laser Industries
shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. The duration
of any implied warranty of RLI manufactured products is limited to one year, unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Products distributed by RLI will carry the original manufacturer's warranty as
applicable at the customer's date of purchase.
This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty
performance is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which result from normal use. It does not cover failures
due to defects which occur in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Rockwell Laser Industries, or failures which result from
accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
All stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and the order will NOT be processed
or charged to the credit card until shipped. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the prices shown on this site. A surcharge may be applied by UPS or Fedex when shipping to a residential address.
RLI manufactures and distributes many custom made products. Typical lead times are listed with the product description. The customer will be notified when the
item will be shipped, and the order will NOT be processed or charged to the credit card until shipped.
Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of
which are the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders must be prepaid with U.S. funds, by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, by wire transfer, or by credit card. Since some credit
cards may not be acceptable in the U.S., credit cards must be issued by a major bank.
Invoices are to be paid in U.S. Dollars. The customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees from their bank or an intermediary bank.
Purchase orders may be accepted if previous arrangements have been made with RLI.
All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt and the customer will be notified when an order is ready to ship.
