More About LAZAN™ Premium Version 6
LAZAN™ Premium performs hazard evaluation and classification, selectable according to the ANSI Z136.1 versions 2000, 2007, and 2014, and according to the IEC 60825-1 version 2007 and 2014. Beam diameter and divergence can be determined by measurements through apertures. Visual interference hazards and distances are also computed according to the ANSI Z136.6.
The software generates graphs of beam irradiance or radiant exposure for unaided and optically aided viewing and from visual interference, which are self-scaling and labeled, and can be shown on screen, printed or stored to disk. Dual limits such as corneal/retinal or thermal/photochemical may be shown on screen in a side by side comparison (and saved as an image or printed).
Laser parameters along with ancillary information are stored in a database, but may be imported or exported to files for compatibility with earlier software versions. Computed and ancillary information may be saved or printed as an extensive customizable rich text report with selectable units.
